A true jack-of-all-trades, Brandon has been passionate about the world of performing arts for as long as he can remember. In addition to being a quadruple threat in entertainment, he also has a profound interest in the world of basketball; Brandon spends his free time mentoring & training his younger brother, Mark Mitchell Jr., who is a five-star, high-ranked, & heavily-recruited high school basketball player. As a dancer himself, Brandon's talents span far beyond just choreographing for others. He was a Season Nine Contestant on Fox's "So You Think You Can Dance" & has been featured in films such as, "Valley Girl", "Step Up Revolution", & "Honey 2" (to name a few). Brandon has toured with Alicia Keys & Miley Cyrus, plus has had a myriad of on-stage performances accompanying the likes of Mariah Carey, Beyonce, Rihanna, J Lo, Toni Braxton, Ciara, & Kelly Rowland. His dance talents have been showcased on "Ellen", "Jimmy Kimmel Live", "The Late Late Show", "Good Morning America", "America's Got Talent", American Music Awards, & BET Awards. Most recently as a Hip-Hop artist, Brandon released a seven-song EP in March 2020 entitled, Conditioning 3. Pulling from the sounds of Lecrae, Andre 3000, & J. Cole, he emphasizes storytelling through his raps & tries to make songs that paint a picture for his listener. One of the songs from his EP was featured on "MTV's: The Challenge" & he is continuing to pursue sync opportunities with his music. Through it all, Brandon has never been one to sit back & let life happen. While always alluding a laid-back personality, he has shocked audiences & peers alike with his drive & determination to pursue his career in various industries. Brandon, a former college and pro football player, is best known from his scene-stealing performance as Kevin Ward, the obnoxious NY Jets Quarterback in Mr. Deeds (2002) starring Adam Sandler and as Blazer in Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story (2004). Brandon continues to be one of the hardest working actors in Hollywood. Molale's good looks, athletic prowess and talent often get him cast in very physical roles.
